Hello! Welcome back to my blog π I’m so glad you’re here!
I’ve been doing this #DigitalDesignArtistProblems series on my blog throughout the summer! I’ve loved compiling the struggles I face as an artist π as well as sharing the things you guys have to work through as artists yourselves!
Here are the other posts in the series if you haven’t read them yet:
- relatable digital design artist problems π
- more relatable digital design artist problems π
- even more relatable digital design artist problems π
I’m wrapping up this series today! I’ve enjoyed it SO much, but now I need to focus on other posts. I’m sure you enjoy variety in my content π (I know I do hehe)
Without further ado, let’s check out even more relatable digital design artist problems! π
lots more relatable digital
design artist problems
When you had an incredible idea for a design, but by the time you’re able to work on it, your creative genius has fled the scene
When you can’t find the perfect filter/effect/texture *le sigh*
When you click the back button and lose your design (submitted by Flora and boohoooo yes π mistakes were made)
When the design doesn’t save and you have to start over (submitted by Diamond and yeeees *sad violin music starts playing* π» haha)
When an editing app drops your favorite fonts (instead of sticking them to the top) and you have to go searching for them (RookieCam does this to me and I don’t appreciate it lel)
When you want to design but can’t because some or the other thing is always pending on your priorities (submitted by Lili and ooh gosh yes, life do be getting in the way ππ)
When you have an idea for a type of design you want to do, but you’re not sure which editing app
will make your dreams possible π
When you like a font but it makes your text illegible (aka unreadable)
When you get some creative ideas, remember them for the whole day and your mind goes blank in front of the device (submitted by Inaya and yeah!! sometimes I’m only able to edit too late)
When you pick up your phone to make an edit then suddenly you’re watching YouTube or responding to comments lol (not quite a digital design problem, but distractions are no fun hah)
When you can’t think of anything, so you just stare at the design, hoping it’ll draw itself- (submitted by Lili and I relate on the deepest level possible πποΈ haha)
When you canβt find the image youβre thinking of for your design π©π€ (submitted by Chloe and yes, I can waste 30 minutes scrolling down Pixabay trying to find the image I seek π)
When you find the perfect tool for your digital art, but the app makes a pop-up saying “get pro to unlock this tool” (submitted by Sosooorna and yeah that’s so sad π’)
When you have extremely terrible WiFi but are passionate about designing πποΈ The time it takes to load feels like light years- (submitted by Lili and gah YES)
