Hello!! I hope you’re having a beautiful day 💕 Welcome back to maggie’s doodles! 💚 it’s time for a new snapshots from my week! I think it’s so awesome that I’ve been doing this series every Monday in March 😍 it’s been great to share sneak peeks inside my life, as well as chat about what I’ve been up to!
I took this picture of a clover that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Isn’t that pretty? 😍💚 and my phone actually blurred the background and everything, like yes 👌
I went mini golfing with Joshua and Samuel! There I am, waiting to see if I’ll get a hole-in-one. (I didn’t. BUT I did get one at another hole!)
We played two rounds of golf: the first where we took turns hitting our ball (Joshua pretty much won, our score-keeping was crude), and the second was an epic free-for-all! I came up with the idea for a round of constant play where you could hit your ball, then as soon as it stopped moving, you could hit it again.
I’ll say Joshua and I tied for the second round because we both forfeited a hole hehe
Isn’t there a song about Something In The Water? *looks* Oh it’s a Carrie Underwood song. I don’t even know the lyrics lol. But this REALLY cool lake picture I took made me think of it!
You know what this picture needs? An inspirational quote!
“The only impossible journey is the one you never begin.” – Tony Robbins
This one doesn’t have a great focal point, but I LOVE the even lines! 😎
Look at this photo-bombing blogger haha
We had fun playing golf, skipping stones, and taking pictures for our blogs! ❤️
Imma leave this here and let you guys know that I am now obsessed with edible cookie dough. Magic really does exist in the world. 😋🍪
Happy St. Patrick’s Daaaay! 💚☘️ I know, that picture looks nothing like my normal photography 😂 it’s still sparkly and pretty! I really love how spring-y these nail wraps are!
Ah, second week in a row where I’ve shared a pic of a gift card. 🤣 just LOOK at this cute little bee! 🐝💛
Here’s Janet! Elizabeth’s been having an awesome time playing pretend with baby dolls and stuffed animals in the evenings recently, and I love seeing her roleplay. I lose it any time Elizabeth or Izzy do something cute with Janet, so I had to take a picture when Elizabeth was pushing Janet around in the pretend stroller!
Okay. Look at BEAUTIFUL little Izzy!!! 💖 her hair, happy expression, her shirt, the lighting – gah I LOVE it! 🥰
We made a quick doctor visit for Elizabeth one day because she was still having stridor (inflammation in her throat) even after a week of taking medicine to treat croup. So we wanted to make sure she didn’t have a lung infection. While our mom was in the doctor with her, I explored the woods around the office with Samuel and Izzy! I asked Izzy if I could take a pic of the stuffed animals she was toting around, and she said yes and set them down in the tiny purple flowers. 💜
Elizabeth’s chest was clear, and the doctor thinks the stridor and congestion Elizabeth still has is related to allergies. Spring’s a’coming here haha
After the doctor visit, I ran into Publix and bought chips and ice cream! I got dulce de leche for myself, and oh boy. It was GOOD. My sense of taste is totally back now (don’t know what I’m talking about? click here haha), and my sense of smell is getting stronger every day, so for some reason I found the subtle flavor of the ice cream super awesome. 💕
Well I took this pic while Janet and I were prepping a featurette for her here on my blog, but then this was the only picture that got taken. She WILL get to guest post here eventually! 🤣💖
I took this super dramatic black-and-white photograph after letting my mom know that Publix was out of the girls’ favorite waffles. 😂 I think it would be super fun to do a b&w photography round-up sometime! Let me know if you’d enjoy seeing that!
This is Laura the piglet!! She’s the latest addition to Elizabeth and Izzy’s play family, and I LOVE seeing her dressed up in cute little doll clothes. We’ve had her for a while but Elizabeth just named her yesterday, and the name couldn’t be cuter 😂💕
Thank you sooo much for reading! My week had quite a lot of random miscellaneous bits going on lol, but I really enjoyed it!
