snapshots from my week | biking, bubbles, & jellyfish

I am absolutely in LOVE with the fact that this is how we’re starting the post! 😂👏 I had just casually walked through the dining room one day when I happened upon Miss Janet, living the relaxed life. 💕 I burst out laughing and captured the moment!

I was having SO much fun when I took this picture! There was blog planning, inspirational book reading, yummy candy eating, and idea organizing. Life is so good. 😍💖

I went biking around the neighborhood with Joshua and Samuel! It was a great workout- kind of 🤣 it only took ten minutes to go around once, but BOI was I tired afterward!

Samuel went grocery shopping with me this week! We had a fun time filling two carts (lol) and bringing some tasty treats home. (By the way, he’s started BLOGGING! Go check out his blog here!) Samuel and I snapped a selfie with those epic cupcakes! We each had one when we got home. OH my goodness- they taste exactly how they look. 😍 AWESOOOOME! 💖

Janet has literally become a member of the family at this point! 😂 She shows up everywhere around the house, Izzy loves taking pictures with her, and she’s already appeared multiple times on my blog. 💕

I went to Home Depot to get some man stuff (🤣🤣) with Samuel and our Dad, and I thought these gift card tins were SO CUTE! Probably not what the men who buy/receive the gift cards want to hear loool, but I love mini things!

Sometimes, I play around with doodle ideas. Occasionally it’s to practice, but usually it’s because I have something specific I’m wanting to draw. I had this idea to draw some bubbles, but it totally didn’t turn out how I wanted it to… except for the bubble wand bubble. LOOK AT HIM. 😍 He’s my most favorite thing ever. I don’t know how he’s getting bubbled without someone blowing air into the wand, but who am I to judge?? haha

I went biking with Samuel around the lake! It was great fun enjoying the fresh air, exploring some new playgrounds, and taking lots of pics for our blogs.

Georgia hasn’t yet gotten the notice that spring’s here haha

Mmm LUNCH! Joshua and I went to Beef O’ Brady’s in 2019, spent all of 2020 wanting to go back, finally achieved that dream in 2021. 😂 Their burgers are phenomenal. And the service is fantastic!

It had been FAR too long since I’d made myself a bowl of sugared strawberries! So I did that this weekend and most of them tasted really good 😍❤️ haha

Thank you SO much for reading! I had a really great week, although it went quite differently than I’d pictured it going. Actually that happens most weeks! 😂
