Happy Valentine’s Day! 💞
Hello! Wow – we’ve made it to the grand finale of #doodlingthekindway ! Thanks so much for following along with this series. It was fun to put together and I really enjoyed writing it. 😀 ❤
You can check out all the posts in this series here. (I can’t believe we finish it today!)
“A moment of self compassion can change your entire day. A string of such moments can change the course of your life.” – Christopher Germer
🤸 Exercising regularly is a way of showing kindness to your body. What are your favorite types of workouts?
I love doing this Denise Austin ab workout on YouTube as often as I can! I modify some of the moves to fit my personal fitness goals and abilities. 😄 I also enjoy going on bike rides (I shared photography from one of those rides in this post!), but the last few times my knees were really sore afterward, so I want to figure out how I can stop overusing my knees like that.
I have a lot of fun jamming out to JustDance songs, which I’ll play around with and have a great time dancing to! Whenever I can, I’ll go on walks, whether it’s with my family at a park, on our driveway, or around a playground.
a final word

Getting your body all the energy it needs
by giving it plenty of exercises and activities
to do is very important in life!
And hey, don’t let something like
a wheelchair stop you.
Time to work on your upper body strength!
Whatever your fitness level may be,
you can start today showing kindness
to your body by being more active.
Here are some little ideas:
