This is Bert! He has a great time being a bee, but sometimes, making his rounds from flower to flower gets to his head. When this happens, Bert makes sure to recognize how he’s feeling and take a break when he needs it.

  1. I have never experienced really bad burnout, just mild burnout. But usually I just lay down on a coach or bed, and have a nap or meditate, also I sometimes make shortbread cookies, which relaxes me because I memorized the recipe.

  2. I can really relate to Bert right now – I’ve had a lot on my mind recently and i keep feeling distracted! I need to find ways to sort my thoughts and feel more balanced 😊💙
