This is Hammy! He’s sitting on his favorite cozy chair. Whenever he gets tired of running around living the life of a hamster, he relaxes into this comfortable position. It’s important for all of us to have a routine for when we need a break so we can recharge, relax, and recuperate.

I’ve been having a weird day, and I need some time to think things through. I like Hammy’s idea – sit in a comfortable chair and relax! I’m going to do more of that today ❤
